Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of verified.work (verifiedwork.co). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in without a password, using a magic link or Google. Keep access to your email and Google account secure, since anyone with that access can sign in as you. You agree to provide accurate information and that you are at least 16 years old.

Using the service

verified.work is for showcasing work you genuinely did. You agree to:

• only add projects and claims that are truthful;
• only name validators who can genuinely speak to your work, using an email address you are entitled to use;
• not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your role; and
• not misuse, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules or that are false, misleading, or abusive.

Verification

A "verified" project reflects a statement made by the validator you named - it is their endorsement, not a guarantee or certification by us. We don't independently audit each claim, and we are not responsible for statements made by you or your validators.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information and files you submit. You grant us the permission needed to host and display that content on your public profile, and to send your named validators the project details so they can verify your work.

Data and analytics

We use Supabase (accounts, database, storage), Resend (email), Google (sign-in and Google Analytics), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Payments and refunds

Paid upgrades (including founding-member and premium plans) are billed as a one-time payment through our payment provider, Razorpay. All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a payment has been made, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, email admin@verifiedwork.co and we will look into it.

Intellectual property

The verified.work name, logo, written content, and design belong to Aavishkar Technologies. Please do not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

Cancellation

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of any payment already made.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
